After majoring in Visual Design, I began my career at leading web agencies in Korea before joining a Sydney-based healthcare company as Design Manager in 2004. Since then, I have worked as the company’s sole in-house designer, overseeing a wide range of creative work across branding, digital, web, packaging and print. It has been deeply rewarding to grow alongside the company as its annual revenue expanded from approximately A$3 million to over A$60 million. I would now like to bring my experience and versatility into a new environment and take on a new challenge.

Brand Launch & Development

My work has included the creation and ongoing management of brand and packaging guidelines, brand applications, packaging design, website launch, TV home shopping launch, advertising and print materials, as well as exhibition and event design.

Visual Asset Management

I established and maintained a visual asset archive to support overseas offices, including the Korean and Japanese entities, as well as external agencies and production partners, helping ensure consistent use of brand assets across different markets and projects.

By maintaining a consistent brand direction across digital and physical channels, I have helped strengthen RAYDEL’s identity, build brand recognition, and support the brand’s continued growth over the years.

To support B2C growth within a pharmaceutical company traditionally focused on exports and B2B, I worked with the marketing team to develop a new membership strategy and led the membership launch as Project Manager.

I managed the project across multiple touchpoints, including membership-exclusive product packaging, Shopify membership app setup, website design, and the overall customer experience.

Print & Packaging

Designed the membership brochure, member guide and supporting materials to create a consistent launch experience across online and offline touchpoints.

E-commerce Management

Following the successful launch, I was also asked to take on the role of E-commerce Manager alongside my design responsibilities. Over approximately seven months, I managed the online store, promotions and membership operations.
